Hello, I'm Lena, 37, from Israel, a professional Shuffle Dancer, teacher and choreographer, currently the only one in northern Israel. In addition, I have a degree in industrial engineering and management from the Technion and I also work in the field of information systems. I have a fitness instructor certificate from Wingate, I am a runner who has competed in long runs for more than 14 years and most importantly, I am the mother of a sweet three-year-old prince.

During the Corona period when it was impossible to run outside, I looked for a replacement and came across Shuffle Dance in social media. I fell in love with the dance and music, I started dancing when I had no experience at all in dancing having two left feet, but when I got addicted, I was determined to succeed. Right at the beginning, I broke my leg due to an incorrect movement during a dance and was disabled for several months, but that did not scare me. When I recovered, I quickly returned to dancing. Since then I got pregnant, I gave birth (by emergency C-section), became a mother, and I went through all this while the Shuffle accompanied me and strengthened my body and soul.

I set myself a goal to spread Shuffle Dance in Israel, especially in northern Israel, and to make more people fall in love and get fit thanks to this wonderful dance.

I teach classes and courses in Haifa with dozens of students, do campaigns combined with the Shuffle dance, and enjoy every moment of the process.
